"BEWARE! Insurance fraud. This hospital admitted a patient in the ER who did not have an insurance card. They searched by name and DOB only in the insurance database, found a match and assigned that insurance to the patient. If they would have taken 2 extra minutes to verify a middle name, address, or SSN they would have realized they had the wrong person. We have over $40,000 in claims on our ..."
