"Avita Ontario Hospital knowingly and intentionally will mis lead their patients with their “estimated charges” for procedures. They have lied repeatedly and have given me wrong information which resulted in a $3,200 bill for a procedure that they quoted me $200. Avita Health Systems routinely takes their patients to court. Yes, to court. Not collections, to court! You have to pay court costs and ..."

"Had surgery at this hospital. I was in for 3 days. It was a Horrible Experience! If you have the option of having surgery and staying somewhere else Go! I went in with high expectations and was severely disappointed!!"
