"I am trying to help a friend get transportation to anf from the VA Hospital in Decatur. Calling the Transportation numbers they gave me is like no one ever answers the telephone, what gives? I also couldn't even get the main phone number for the hospital to even rind, much less answer the phone. Very disapointed in this VA Facility and saddened by the lack of respect they show towards all of us veterans! ..."

"Extremely disappointed in the VA and this facility. I brought a patient into the ER at 10:00 a.m. and called at 4:00 p.m. to see if he was ready for pick up and they told me he had been admitted. 45 Minutes later the VA called me to say he was being released and to come and pick him up. Upon arrival, I asked a security guard inside the building for directions, this guard was rude and didn't help at ..."

"Its a dump, don't choose VA, choose the VA Mission Act and get out on Community Care. One Star rating is being generous! Elevators broken, no parking, imaging equipment always out of service, nobody acts like they want to help instead they give you attitude."
