"If I could give 0 stars I would. I just got off the phone with someone extremely unprofessional to schedule an IUD switch. I just want to note the doctors are amazing but the office staff is terrible. I was seen March 21st and told they would see if my procedure can be covered. I was told by Toni at the front desk of the manalapan office that it would be covered 100% and to tell my pharmacy to deliver ..."
