"I have been going to see James Rowley FNP at the Wilde Desert practice for going on 2 years. Good guy, gets to the point, & knowledgeable. I really like that they have urgent care on Mondays for patients. Since all things seem go wrong on the weekend, it's nice to be able to walk-in on Monday if you need to."

"James Rowley is NOT a safe doctor to see if you are LGBTQ+ or transgender. On 10/11/2022 I took my transgender child to see James Rowley at Wilde Desert family Medicine. I made the front office and him aware of my son's preferred pronouns and name. He proceeded to tell me my child was 'too young for all that'.
