"I had severe complications from what was supposed to be a routine hysterectomy performed by Dr. Rojas. The complications included several hospitalizations for a terrible infection, a collapsed lung, pneumonia and pleural effusion. I was bedridden for two months. I am in chronic pain. "I had been trying to make an appointment with Dr Roberts for SIX WEEKS!!!!!!! 3 times in a row, I called and the girls said each time "Our system is down, I have your information. I will call you back when the system is up". She even confirmed my insurance. I informed her that I was told the same excuse 2 other times; with no call back. Well I have never EVER been called back after ANY of my calls. ..."
