"Requested copies of my medical records & I was refused by Mary Margaret Stockton. Odd, was relocating to another state so I requested copies of my medical records. Since when can a medical facility - general family practioner clinic refuse to give patient/client copies of their medical records? "

"Caveat Emptor. I met with a PC after moving to this region to renew my blood pressure medication. The receptionist had trouble with my insurance (Aetna) but was quite silent about it. It turns out that the PC does not accept Aetna thus I have to pay out of pocket a rather large bill just to have my blood pressure taken and a renewal of my medication. This is very deceptive. "

"Western Family Care refused to give me copies of my medical records. Thought it odd. No reason was given by the office manager (Mary Margaret Stockton) as to why they refused to give me copies of my own medical records. Was even willing to pay for expenses involved for copying. Still refused. I have often wondered if something on their end wasn't quite on the up & up. "

"I was asked to be involved in this Chronic Care Management calls, and was never told up front that it was going to cost me money at all. I paid one not even knowing what i was paying. I tried to get hold of the office manager with 6 phone calls and he has never returned a call at all. I protest these charges and dont think I should have to pay this. They show it supposed to be 20 min but i dont think ..."
