"I am truly disappointed in West Penn Dental. I have been extremely pleased in the past, and I hate that I have to feel like a bad patient for wanting my two front teeth corrected (because my teeth were way two grey after the initial appt), so much so, that I went to another doctor. He told me he couldn't do anything but put veneers on at 1900./TOOTH, and there you go, that was my last emergency appt. ..."

"The dentists here have been fine which is why I still go here, but the front desk staff is awful. I don't know what the woman's name is that booked my appointment today, but dear god. Very short tempered and incredibly unprofessional. She accused me of being a no show back in July which was patently untrue. I called the day before and cancelled the appointment. I even recommended this practice ..."
