"Waited over 2 hours in waiting room. No excuse provided by front desk. Eating cake was more important than taking care of customers. I left and they didn’t care. When I told the the reason I was leaving. Wasted PTO TO attempt to get healthcare. Called the Germantown office to speak to the office manager to comprehend what happened - she wouldn’t even come to the phone. In fact, the receptionist ..."
