"Became a new patient at the recommendation of my health insurance company. Initial appointment went well and left with referrals that could not be used for care. Call backs to correct the problem where ignored. Notified the insurance company who had to call this DR's office after 3 weeks of trying myself. Then still referral paperwork was not completed. They will not call back or return phone calls. ..."
