"Just beware if you have a credit from a bill they don't let you know and you have to formally request a refund. I don't think that's right as I'm a healthcare provider and I always make sure people are refunded if they overpaid because of insurance. Definitely doesn't build trust. "

"After showing up for 2 booked appointments to learn that they could not see me due to limited staff and Dermatologists, I’m done too!! I took two days off work and won’t be doing that anymore for their Dermatologists to no show me. If anyone here has a good referral, I’m all ears:). "
