"Unprofessional, never in the office, doesn’t call meds in or make appointments needed for surgeries. All numbers an fax number are disconnected. So basically what it comes down to is this really a doctors office or a bunch of lies "

"Can someone please give me the phone number of this place ? All numbers I have tried are out of service ! I am a patient there and have been a few years and suddenly the number is not working. None are "

"Unprofessionally ran operation. They insist on sending me regular alerts to make an appointment when I haven't been to them in years. Calling the number to get off their list does no good. If they can't run a simple email list, I would not trust them with my health."
