"Peter Ventre and his management staff change the insurances that they would accept midyear. People who pay premiums for Medicare can only choose their insurance providers between October and December and January to March. Because of their poor planning, I am left with five weeks to find both a new therapist and psychiatrist if I could write them lower than a one I would."
