"My sister is currently being seen here as an in patient. I tried to ask to speak to one of her drs or nurses and the nurse that answered the phone would not let me speak to either and asked to take a message and I explained I would rather leave a message with someone treating her and she completely disregarded everything I said and hung up on me, which I didn’t think they were supposed to act like ..."
