"The medical care was exemplary, but the billing has been an ongoing nightmare for over a year and a half. I have called over and over, and they assure me that they will fix the problem, and then I get another bill that's identical to the last. They have resubmitted the charges to my insurance incorrectly over and over, and I can't get anywhere."
