"I had an appt. scheduled and confirmed. The day before the appt., I received a call from the office. I could not take the call, and returned it, five minutes later. I spoke to a voicemail,and left my information for the machine. I got no follow up. I reported to my appointment the next day, and was told that since I didn't answer their call, the day before, the Dr. Cancelled my appointment and did ..."
