They explained everything that needed to be done and the steps we would take to accomplish it in such a relaxed manner that eased all my fears. "I had to wait about 30 minutes which I understand. If I was the one that needed extra time due to a complication I would appreciate that as well. They could have said that though when I checked in so I would have a better understanding for the delay. The hygentist was great and offered some different options fir my daily oral care which I appreciated."
