"Dreadful place. Tempe location 12/27/22: I waiting 3 wks for an appt. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled appt time (had some mishaps with my nav and it took longer to get there than anticipated). Was told that b/c I did not arrive a full 30 mins prior to my appt time that I would have to reschedule... another 3 wks out! The staff at the Tempe office have ice water for blood.
