"Went here in Sept. '22 for tests, followed up a few weeks later to get results and was told they're still working on them. Continued to follow up, week after week for months, and told the same thing. My physician also reached out multiple times and was never provided with the test results. We finally gave up, knowing we would never receive them. 8 months later, I received a bill, still never provided ..."
