"Upon arrival to the Smile Zone, I was greeted with warm welcome. There was a mandatory screening which took 30 seconds and included a temperature check. I proceeded to a designated area to check in for my scheduled appointment. I was escorted to the room with my dental hygienist who was fully prepared in PPE gear.
