"I had a been a happy camper at the Polyclinic Madison for 15 years. Now, my endocrinologist, as well as 3 other doctors in his office have left and they have told me they can't take any new or transfer patients! I am not new, nor am I really a "transfer" but alas I am out on my own trying to find a new endocrinologist! Very disappointed in the way this has been handled."

"After being a patient at the Polyclinic for 25 years(my dad originally sent me there when I was a teen since my parents are patients there still), I recently left for Virginia Mason. Terrible service, long wait times, unhelpful staff. And my last 2 doctors were extremely dismissive. There once were some really great doctors there but they have all retired and after my most recent PCP left in February ..."

"If I could give zero stars I would. I needed to make an appointment with the neurology clinic. I called twice on Monday and held for an hour each time and gave up. Today I decided to see it through and I have been holding for 3 hours 22 minutes. I also opted earlier for a call back this morning and of course non one has called me back. I am sure no one is going to pick up as it will be 5 pm in 2 hours. ..."

"i've been a polyclinic patient of and on for almost two decades. the recent decrease in service is appalling. prescriptions go unsent, the hold time if you need to actually speak to your doctor's office is appalling, staff is surly and unhelpful. yet more of optum putting profits over patients."

"Like so many other reviews, this is to give a warning to anyone interested in using them. DON'T. They don't care about your health at all. You're not even allowed to email your PCP anymore. You get intercepted by a nurse who basically paywalls you. You must schedule an appointment to get medical advice from your doctor, because that's the only way they can extract money from you. To. Be. Clear. ..."

I called to schedule an appointment with a doctor that was recommended and had to wait a month to get in. "It's my one stop shop for health needs with easy access and great doctors. I've used Polyclinic for 30 years including optometrist, GP, Internal Medicine, podiatrist, labs, IV clinic, & gastroenterologist. I'm a healthy guy but I do need maintenance to keep at top form and the fact it's all together makes it that much easier."
