"I was very hopeful when I first went here. I am leaving having waisted time and money, neither if which I can get back. On the arrival of the 3rd set of orthotics, I was assured that these were finally correct and from their new lab. Neither statement was true. So now I'm 6 months in and I guess according to them I should be happy that they will refund the insurance company, but not me. Oh ..."
