"My wife has had a fever for over 21 days after going to the Crestwood ER we were referred to go to Dr. Voelkel. Upon calling his office we were told that our health insurance was not accepted. I explained to the staff that we have an Health Savings Account (HSA) which means that we self pay unless the cost of service exceeds our deductible of $10,000. Our deductible amount sits in an HSA account ..."
