"Very attentive, dr Navas did not rush through the appointment. On site blood work is a real bonus and time saver. The staff was always courteous and helpful, so far I have nothing but good things to say"

"They are a dangerous mess. They send wrong specialist name and number to the insurance and after waiting two months for specialist appointment I was informed by specialist that they are unable to reach pcp and get the referral from my pcp nuse practitioner. The pcp office staff is overwhelmed and kept telling me that it's the insurance fault. After several calls back and forth to insurance only to ..."
