"I was told the shingles vaccine was covered by Medicare, but staff did not clarity that it is covered under part D not part B. Medicare denied reimbursement for my claim so I asked Summit Health to submit it to my part D provider. They said “they don’t do that, they’re a medical office not a pharmacy “. "Recently my 94 year old mother went to the summit medical group in Berkley Heights. The doctor ordered a cat scan of her lungs being that her O2 saturation was about 80%. It has been 3 weeks and they are saying that the scan still hasn't been read! 3 weeks to read a scan? If you care about your loved ones, stay away from this group!"
