"Saw Dr. Berg 1/12/23. Said he was submitting script and pharmacy will contact. Pharmacy called and said Dr. Berg failed to specify dosage. Stated they have repeatedly attempted to contact Dr. Berg's office without success. I have attempted to contact Dr. Berg's office without success. Either they don't return calls or they hang up on you. DON'T GO THERE!"
