" I was at ER department today between 1:30-5ish pm And a Jamaican accent woman tried drawing my blood and she was the WORST I've ever had and kept poking me and hit an artery so frigging painful I don't know how she could even work here. She finally gave up and had my regular nurse do it. Don't get me wrong she Was nice and was a Harry potter fan but NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! She definitely needs ..."
