"I was fit into the schedule to have a broken tooth taken care of. Dr.Francis took a few minutes to become acquainted with me as a person, not just a patient, as we had not previously met. He explained the treatment plan thoroughly, including the reasons why a crown was necessary. As I have their in-house insurance, I will receive 20% off the procedure. "Waited in parking lot for cleaning. Called when I arrived. Prompt & courteous staff. Excellent hygienist. X-ray technician took over. Disconnect there. Xrays were unusually painful. Only made appt. for me, not my husband, told front desk my wrong name, never offered toothbrush, paste, floss, etc. like my husband. Felt like an assembly line after cleaning until I left.
