"The rudest front desk clerk that I've ever encountered. Got to my appointment early (7:45 a.m), and there was no clerk even in the office. Staff on other side of the office told me to sign the sign-in form and someone should be in to help me soon. As other people started coming in and getting checked in, I went to the desk to check in and she said I would have to wait until I was called to check ..."
