"I arrived at the office at 12 pm as a walk-in to see the doctor, and I was not seemed by the doctor at all after waiting for 4 hours. I saw him walking in from his 1hr:30 lunch and I was the first person there and the last one to go up to the reception. Unbelievable, such a disrespect for my time and for how I was feeling.
