"I have been a patient of Dr Walsh since she started here. I had an appointment for 8:10 this morning .The weather is really bad and they call me at 8:02 to cancel my appointment. That’s 8 minutes before my appointment.. I’m 5 minutes around the corner and live 20 minutes away. I tell them I’ll talk when I get there. I’m there on time for my appointment.
