"I visited Smile Creations for an emergency visit regarding a tooth I had chipped. Although I’m uninsured and usually this causes me to have high anxiety, both the dental hygienist and Dr. Tsui were attentive to my needs and concerns and made me feel at ease. "I was in an emergency situation and I called on Saturday night. On Sunday, the wonderful doctor called and let me know I can go in on Monday. I was taken right on time. The hygienist was superb and did most of the work. I was out of there quickly and I'll return again today. Very grateful they were able to help me. I would highly recommend them! Thank you."

"I had to come in for an emergency abscessed tooth. I have extremely bad anxiety and both the dentist and assistant were very understanding and accommodating to my situation. As soon as I hear the word “incision” I freak out. I plan to make this my regular dentist once quarantine is over and regular appointments can be made again. "I had my teeth cleaned today and the young lady was professional and courteous. she wanted to check my "pockets" but I told her I don't like that, and why. She did not push me to do so which I greatly appreciated because I don't like pain of being stuck with a point that deep in a pocket. Everything went fine and I was home in record time. "Dr. Tsui is fast, efficient, and gentle. She explains the process and prioritizes the work in a way that makes sense. Her staff, especially Emily, made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
