"I had my cleaning with hygienist Kelly! I won’t go to anyone else but her! She’s very friendly, professional and very gentle when she cleans my sensitive teeth and gums. Everyone at Smile Creations - Dr. Tsui and her staff are all very professional and friendly. I highly recommend this facility! Claudine and her staff actually make every effort possible to relieve the discomfort of various hands and tools in your mouth. "It was my first time here, my wisdom tooth needed extraction. Dr Tsui was very professional, worked fast and was nice and friendly. I didn't have insurance but the price was still very reasonable. Thank you!"

"Because of COVID-19 I sat in my car until they notified me to enter the facility. I did have to sign some paperwork indicating my health though, after they scanned the temperature on my forehead. I had a small filling in a front tooth with no Novacaine and we were done in short order. We have been going to Smile Creations for over 15 years now, which should tell you something about how we feel ..."

"I am fearful/anxious and avoid going to the dentist. But Dr Tsui is an incredibly empathic, thoughtful and reassuring dentist. She verbalized the process as she went along which was very comforting. She is very warm but a consummate professional. Very glad to have found this dentist!"

"Glad to be back for a cleaning after the Covid-19 hiatus forced rescheduling. I appreciated the precautions being taken to ensure safety. I had one of the normal hygienists for my teeth cleaning, but towards the end, a helper came in to do the suction and rinsing, and I didn't like that it wasn't explained to me as training, etc. Then a third person performed the teeth polishing, and I didn't care ..."
