"I was well taken care of, as usual, during my cleaning and exam. I was surprised by a charge on my summary of $10 for Covid 19 Protocol to cover the cost of increased PPE for routine care. I realize the need for increased PPE, but was just surprised to see the charge with no mention of it when I checked out. There could have been a notice that I missed seeing."
