"The reason I go there because google reviews look so good. But it turns out that they are not as good as the review. First, they will take you 50 mins to check-in, and another 40 mins for waiting. And another 20 mins to wait for the doctor. No one thinks your time is important. Second, the staff there seems just got high in last night or this morning, they look sluggish, and unprofessional at all. ..."

"I had three crowns put on about two months ago. Two crowns seemed to take well, but the third feels like it's coming loose. I called today to see if I could get in for a quick exam, but was told Dr. Valencia is out today and schedule too full tomorrow. Wednesday I'm leaving for new job in CA, so last chance to have them deal with it. This crown was not either molded or fitted correctly initially, ..."

Being a bank employee and regularly taking of 25,35,50 dollars of of an account just because that to us means we value you as a customer is not uncommon, and to receive an ahutoritarian "No" you agreed to it in your paperwork was definitely ..."

"Broken tooth at old filling site. My regular dentist couldn't get me in, another one cancelled on me the day of my appointment and the only other who couldget me in wasn't in my insuranice, I called I was being seen by noon! The staff was friendly and helpful. I walked out with a root-canal and a crown AND a new general dentist. Thank you for helping when no others would!"
