"I regret to say this feedback is negative. In summary, bait and switch. Let me explain. I phoned the office to make an annual appointment. I was not in need of service, this would be a routine visit; cleaning, x-rays and Dr. checkup. After setting a date I asked for a cost for those services, I mentioned I had insurance. I was put on hold while the receptionist found the answer. She came back with ..."

Hello. Stuart. When you called we gave the you closest estimate we could over the phone. Its difficult to give an exact price because we do not know if the doctor will want additional x-rays or treatment. We do our best to give patients the closest amount we can. Sometimes it may more or less. I do apologize about your experience. We want all of our patients to leave happy. "I just left the Medford Office and everyone was extremely friendly, kind, and efficient. I saw Diana for teeth cleaning and Dr. Julie Miller took care of a couple of cavities. I have always been afraid to go to the dentist secondary to the pain, but everyone was very gentle with me. I highly recommend this office."

"I always have a good experience. I don't fear dentists like I use too. Pam, the hygienist and Dr. Watt are the ones I deal with mostly and they are always pleasant, friendly, supportive and highly professional. Other staff members who do the crowns etc are also very nice, friendly and professional. I can't say enough to praise them highly. Why I keep coming back though I live over an hour and a half ..."
