"The week of July 17th, called Rio Grande Urgent care to set up an initial appointment. I was placed on hold a few times, and there were times the front desk rep forgot I was on hold. Understandable, this happens with medical clinics. Finally I was able to set an appointment for Monday July 24th. I attended my appointment and was turned away because I didn't have a paper copy of my insurance card. ..."
