"I scheduled an annual wellness visit with Dr. Fausch. I did not have any health concerns and simply responded to his general health questions from his nots on the previous year's visit. I found out after the visit that they upcharged me for a clinic visit because he mentioned high blood pressure. No labs were ordered or referrals made which, to me, indicated he saw no issues based on our diet, exercise ..."

While I suffered, it was a seven month duration of zero follow up, no urgency, and no solution for an issue that failed the most basic component the surgery was supposed to address.
