"After I missed one appt, due to car troubles they mandated my appointments be prepaid before I schedule any more. I asked for someone to call to discuss that decision and no one called. I then asked for all of my family's records the only things they sent were a few images. They are unfriendly and their policies seem to be enforced strictly to make money."
