"I was a patient of Dr Devang Patel until he changed his practice. Many months after I was no longer his patient I received a bill for an office visit. The was mailed to me. All of the phone numbers listed on the bill I called. I got an answering serve. I asked for a call back which I never received. I want to pay the bill but I want to talk to someone. I will not be a patient of this office."
