"The wait is long but the doctors are excellent and worth the wait."

"Why do we bother to make appointments? I'm sitting here for an hour after paying cash for a procedure with no end in sight. Our time is valuable. Don't overbook, take me within a few minutes of my appointment. Office makes us wear masks. Cdc says we don't have to, yet many of the staff aren't wearing them or wearing them incorrectly not covering mouth and nose. The Dr is fine, but this office while ..."
