"I gave a 1 only because I could not give a 0, but I would give them a big fat goose egg for service. I had surgery 3 months ago, not related to urology. The surgeon had a catheter put in for the surgery. West Texas Urology forced me to leave it in for three weeks after the surgery. No reason given except that it is standard procedure. They did not even see me. The only way I got them to call back ..."
