If you are ever in need of home health care there will be extreme delays in getting the care orders signed off because this teaching clinic only accepts fax orders (like their technology dept is still living in the 90's) from home health agencies and then takes a week or more to even look at the fax!!!! My 94yo father needs wound care from a fall and his home health nurse is now waiting for ..."

"Not patient friendly! Was in restroom when husband called in; locked out and not allowed to enter with husband. Would not allow message to husband!!!
