"This office kicked me out of the office. Blocked me. Never returned my call. They didn’t respect my partner. They never returned calls. Mara Parviano was the substance use disorder manager, I have never gotten a call back from this woman. Ever. In a year of being at this office, I only met her once. She did not manage my care at all, in fact my case manager did all of my medical paperwork for me. ..."
