"The WORST office staff I have ever had to deal with (Cortez Rd staff). You call and have to leave a message and they call you back the next day. "At one time this was a dependable med. Team now you can't get a hold of a receptionist or nurse ( not even a call back for days). I really don't know how they stay in business. Don't the front desk employees want their jobs, they certainly don't act like they do."
