"All I want is help with getting a referral submitted or have someone return my call. No such action was taken to help me. I am very ill. Looks like I need to go to Georgetown Emergency Hospital "

"The clinic on W. University was closed for the entire New Years weekend, and none of the doctors from this group, including my primary care doctor was on call. I ended up having to go to the St. David's ER when all I needed was a prescription for my illness. I find that unacceptable."
