"The entire staff is outstanding at Southcoast smiles. From being greeted by Kayla today right after entering the office. To NEVER EVER waiting more than a few minutes, usually no waiting at all, to Nikki who always make me comfortable. She is just so wonderful I cannot say enough about her. She is the nicest most excellent hygienist who always makes my visit enjoyable. Dr. Karcher is always great ..."

"My hygienist, Karina, was excellent, very professional. She was patient in explaining what was going on in my mouth and provided me with some good advice (beyond just telling me to brush and floss more) around how I could be better caring for my teeth and gums. She also 'fixed' two very sensitive teeth that had been bothering me for awhile. I told her she was my hero!"
