"I am currently sitting in the ER because it was too much of an inconvenience to see my son with the gash on his chin because they were out of appointments and staying late was just out of the question. So when I really needed them they refused to see us, and now I’m at the ER playing an extended waiting game with bleeding three year old. Good news is it will probably cost us a lot more money too!"
