"My 12 year old daughter was very anxious, but had been in pain for 2 days from a broken tooth. Dr. Peterson made time to solve her problem, and we had the nicest, most calming hygienist. My daughter was in tears, and was calmed so much by their patience, that I was nearly in tears myself. The crazy thing is, this has been our experience EVERY time. It is just a part of the staff culture to be amazing ..."

"We had to change our appointments day and time and were rescheduled with Dr. Sean. I was a little apprehensive, could we love Dr. Sean as much as Dr. Peterson? WE CAN!! He was great with our three girls! He was patient, took time to explain what he was doing and put the girls at ease! It is good to know we will be well taken care of by everyone at the office!"

"My teenage son had a filling done and everyone was very kind and concerned. Both hygienists that helped talked with him and told him what was going to happen up front. Dr. Sean did a great job explaining everything to him and then stopped on multiple occasions to make sure that my son was not feeling any pain. "Brought my 3 kids in. Changed one of their appointments to 8am. Other two were at 8:30 (no other 8am availability). Hoping that this would help us get out of there earlier. Instead, felt like we just waited longer (oldest at 8am was not done by 8:30 - Dr. Petersen waited to see her until other two done) and were done at same time as if they had all had 8:30am appointments. First time disappointed ..."

Although, we had issues with outdated insurance, the staffer were professional and understanding while we wait to receive new information. I appreciate the on-on-one follow-up with Dr. Peterson after the appointment also. Well done."
