"By far the worst experience I've ever encountered with a doctor. I can't put it on his staff because I know they're following "doctor's" orders, however staff did lie to me about having a fax number for this office. My grandmother suffers from the dementia and this doctor has been less than helpful in this event. Her dementia has become worse and quite frankly its getting ahead of us and we're to ..."
